Deborah F. Ching provides organizational development, management and executive consulting services to nonprofit organizations. She works with Boards of Directors and Chief Executive Officers on strategic planning, executive transition, infrastructure development, coaching and facilitation. Ms. Ching draws from a career in executive leadership positions in the nonprofit sector, including Executive Director of Chinatown Service Center (Los Angeles) and CEO of the Los Angeles Women’s Foundation. In addition to her consulting practice, she teaches nonprofit management in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program at California State University at Northridge. Ms. Ching has served on numerous nonprofit Boards of Directors and public service committees. She is currently a Director of the Cathay Bank Foundation, and a member of the Legal Services Trust Fund Commission of the California State Bar. Ms. Ching earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and MPA from University of Southern California.
