While immigration reform in Washington, D.C. has stalled for the past three years, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents continue to invade and destabilize immigrant communities. This workshop will discuss local efforts, both successful and unsuccessful, to halt immigration enforcement activities by the police and sheriff departments across a number of cities.
